Dr. Girts Salms

Girts Salms – graduated from Medical academy of Latvia on 1995. He entered in residency in Maxillofacial surgery during which he achieved dental degree 1997 and completed speciality training at 2000. He is acknowledged member of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburg in 2005. Dr. Girts Salms is a lecturer in Riga Stradins University and postgraduate studies. He is head of postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in Riga Stradins University. Dr. Salms is a member of Latvian Association for Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, Baltic Association of Maxillofacial and Plastic surgery, European Association for Cranio-maxillofacial surgery, International Association for oral and maxillofacial surgery, Royal college of Surgeons Edinburg.
Dr. Salms gives courses in Baltic implant academy. His main interest is devoted to preprosthetic surgery, orthognatic surgery and oral reconstructive surgery.
