Аннотация (на английском языке). Early treatment: the key point and new procedures
The first stage of the mixed dentition stage is the ideal time to intercept many malocclusions with a dual goal: to let permanent teeth erupt into the optimal position, and to and re-establishing normal growth.
The aim of the lecture is to focus indication and contraindication for effective interception of the malocclusions, but also to show and discuss a ‘new method of early treatment’. The overall hypothesis is that it is possible to move the permanent teeth, or to induce their correct eruption, without physically touching them. As a result permanent molars and incisors, ‘spontaneously’ move, self-correct and touch in correct occlusion dictating functional and structural adaptation of the surrounding periodontal tissues, jaws and temporomandibular joint.
Correct timing is fundamental to optimize the efficiency of this treatment. Furthermore treatment can be carried out with minimal compliance from the patient.

• No dento-alveolar compensation
• Improved stability.
• Minimum compliance.
• Improved cost-benefit ratio.
• No sophisticated biomechanics.
• Minimum chair-side working-time.
• Reduced second phase of tx.
Clinical results and scientific data will be presented to demonstrate that this technique can be used not only for the classical indications for early treatment (cross-bites, functional shifts, transverse discrepancies), but also in many other Class I, Class II, Class III malocclusions with serious crowding and agenesis.

1. Learn a new method for treatment of the mixed dentition to correct malocclusion in a predictable way, with little patient cooperation and no risk of damaging permanent teeth.
